New Feature: TextUs.Biz Message Templates

We're always looking to improve TextUs.Biz and now we've made it easy to send those texts you find yourself repeating over and over again. We're very excited to announce our newest feature, TextUs.Biz Message Templates! Here's a quick rundown of how it works.

Saved Templates Dropdown

You’ll notice a new Message Templates dropdown on each conversation. We’ve made it easy to quickly select your saved templates.

Add and Manage Multiple Templates

Access the Message Templates from the top right main navigation dropdown. Add, remove and edit your templates to make your day to day texting even more efficient.

Use Personalized Fields

No one wants to feel like they’re texting a machine. Use the bracket key "{" to pull up the personalized fields options to dynamically add to your messages.
