We’re excited to introduce the TextUs Analytics Weekly Update! Each TextUs Org. Admin will now receive a weekly summary of their team's texting stats.

We're excited to announce TextUs Organization-wide Text Templates are now available, as well as a new way to manage your unanswered messages! 

At TextUs, we know how hard it can be to keep your contact database clean. No matter what you do, you'll end up with a few stray duplicates in there somewhere, and we know what a hassle it can be to keep straight.

Tagging contacts within the TextUs platform is one of the most effective organizational and time-saving features that TextUs has to offer, helping you create targeted messages in a fraction of the time. Translation: if you use the Contact Tags feature, you'll have an easier time getting your work done faster.

Large numbers of users are experiencing deliverability issues having to do with the sharing of hyperlinks. Data indicates that this is an issue primarily for recipients who are AT&T users.

This will especially be effecting TextUs users who have a hyperlink set up in the signature feature. 

In the past, you and your team have been texting with little insight into what happens after you hit send. You might wonder, “Did my message go through?” or “Was that a good time to send a text?”

It’s an important goal for the TextUs team to gather customer feedback and implement the changes and ideas we hear everyday.  The latest TextUs update comes from a common request that we thought was a great idea.

New Unread Message Indicator

Messages will no longer jump open in the main messaging area. This is designed to reduce distraction if you have a high number of messages coming in. You will instead find an unread message count. The messages will still flash green, yellow, and red based on how long you take to open them.

You can now Import Groups of contacts and send Broadcast Messages with the new TextUs™ Extension v2.2! 

We've updated our hugely popular Chrome Extension with some new powerful features and updates! Two of the most commonly requested features have been to Bulk Auto-Import Contacts and then send Group Broadcast Messages directly from the Chrome Extension.   

Well, our development team was up for the challenge and has delivered!
