You can also set up app notifications to let you know when new inbound text messages come through to your TextUs number. You’ll never miss a message, even when you’re away from the office.

For best functionality, keep your iPhone or Android device updated to the most recent operating system. Some older phones may not be able to update, but you’ll still be able to use the Web App and the Chrome Extension to manage your business texting.
