When a customer calls and gets sent to voicemail it can be annoying and a potential loss of their business.
Try this voicemail message instead,
"Thanks for calling, you can leave a message or you can just text us!"
By adding the option to text the customer can still have a way to initiate a conversation as opposed to being forced to leave a message to be attended to later.
